I've been to this hospital only twice and will never go back. I live 2 miles from here and will still drive all the way to Mercy West to see a doctor. The first time I went here my throat was so swollen I could hardly breath and i couldn't swallow. They made fun of me and practically called me a crybaby because I went to the emergency room for it rather than my PC doctor but when I'm having a hard time breathing I see it fit to call it an emergency. He only did one test on me and that was a strep test and it was negative so ... read more

This place is absolutely terrible. They have misdiagnosed us every time we have went there. They sent me home when I had 3 broken bones in my vertabrae, a blood clot on my brain, and several torn vessels in my eye. They sewed my grandmother's toenail back on whenever it fell off (seriously, who does that?), and they sent my poor 22 month home with what they diagnosed as an "earache," when turns out he had a condition called herpangina, which are painful sores in the back of the throat. Monday my mother was diagnosed with a severe case of shingles on her face. The Thursday before she went to this office seeking help. I have never hear of a more observed office. These people insulted and humiliated my mother. Dr Givens asked her four times what street drugs she was taking and refused to take any test to help my mother. Perverted male doctor that doesn't care to help patients at all and he is extremely rude. This is putting it all in a nice way too. Don't waste your time or money going to this horrible urgent care.
This place runs on signing up the elderly for their $10,000 series of shots...the refuse the pain pills you need and suggest you talk to the dr to get inline for their gravy train.....$10,000 shot program they bilk medicare outta. Shame on you for how you service the seniors in your community.
The place is extremely cold temp wise, staff is very unfriendly and appt and bloodwork is 4-5 hrs. I have been treated better at a Cleveland Indians game.
