I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and since lately it becomes a disappointment. The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude they talk about their clients in their language not care that some clients understand their language too. they need to work on their customers services skills and they're racist to me and my mom especially that young lady .mess up my nails and I tried to showed her and she yelled at me and I'm spending my money you can't treat your customers like that we work hard for our money. Very disappointing. Very clumpy, and hideous. There are rat traps in the bathroom and the place smells like sewage.
