It seems like Dr. Loor (DeLoor?) is running away from bad reviews in Manhattan and escaping to another borough. I saw him 6 years ago for a minor bone fracture and he immediately recommended surgery and booked a car service. Over the next few days I received multiple calls from medical device companies for things related to my surgery “recovery”. Good doctor. Been to other piodatrists for ankle instability issue. Jose Loor was more helpful compared to other piodatrists whom I have been to. One thing, about here you have to look out for $50 charge for no show or late cancelation which less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Also. I was asked to pay this $50 fee prior to my first time seeing Dr. Jose Loor which was in June 2023. I guess they are mistrusting of new patients the first time around or at least the secretary. Tremendous doctor. The only podiatrist in NYC that offered real help for my husbands situation. We got no help from many others. So 5 star from beg to end. Just awesome.
