Update to previous post: It was a temporary situation to address personal matters and appears per report that they are back in and conducting business as usual, glad to hear it as my mother-in-law has had her Jaguar serviced here for some time and swears by them.
My mother in law has taken her jaguar here for years with nothing but Superior results. When we needed time sensitive repair on our mercedes he quickly made a recommendation rather than a promise he couldn't keep and the recommendation was every bit of five stars as well ( Nataie's in Campbell) now our families jag, MB, and BMW have a competent, fair and trustwoethy home for service and repair, thanks to Delongs.
Jaguar experts. Yelp reviews are great. I have a XJR that has been running perfect due to their work. Much cheaper and better than the dealerships. Highly recommended.
this place is a joke. ran me around for close to 3 month then charged me 8k for a rebuilt head. beware this guy and his hacks willl take you for a ride.
