Great title company Angie was fun and bubbly , she made a stack of paper a breeze to go thru!
I dealt with Rep and staff to set up a revocable trust. Rep was very helpful explaining all the steps and forms, reviewing the final copy and answering all my questions and concerns. I also needed some legal raised seal documents from the court house in Clearwater and the staff advised me that they would gladly obtain everything I needed to save me the trip. Everything was completed very quickly and I have not hesitated to recommend this firm to many friends. Excellent and professional staff.
