I enjoy the DeLo Beauty salon in Colorado Springs. I frequent this place for a couple services regularly and I highly recommend them. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and attentive to details.
I works give Sheila 10/5 stars! She listens and actually hears what you say. Then delivers it! I walk out with hair so shiny it looks like plastic but feels soft & silky! Highly recommend!
