These people are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I would not recommend renting from them as there's a pretty good likelihood that it will lead to conflict.

I really don't know what the rest of these reviews are referring to. Over the past two years I have been a tenant under Del Monte Management, and my experience has been very pleasant. I have had to call in for maintenance repairs a couple of times now, and Jeff and his two sons have always responded and acted promptly. Although there offices can surely use some rennovation, the housing they provide in the Santa Barbara area is very reasonably priced and well maintained.

Jeff at Delmonte management ignores all complaints while trying to insure all live in a 3rd world status. Got drug dealers or mold next door - get used to it. Jeff don't care!
Our kids recently rented through Delmonte Management CO. The manager at this "company" has been rude to all who have called regarding questions about the apartment. We've not complained out of fear of harassment to the kids. They like their apartment. 2 of the younger people at this company have been informative and kind. The father gets annoyed with questions, talks down to tenants (and their parents), and has been just plain nasty during each conversation. I would like to find out who actually owns the company.
