We love the newly renovated apartment complex! Great place to stay with lovely neighbors. Nice neighborhood to raise kids and an excellent school district. Management and staff are very polite and friendly. Stacie is an excellent manager and staff are amazing!! Any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. They are very attentive to tenants needs. Price for apartments are very reasonable, I would highly recommend moving here!
Living at the Delmont is really peaceful. Kiersten, Stacie and Chris are amazing . They will help you find your new apartment and take care of your needs. Thank you for everything !
I’ve lived in Delmont Apartments under the new management (Friedman Realty Group) for 2+ years. Overall, it’s a great place to live in my opinion, a little pricey, but the Radnor/Wayne area tends to be and you have to decide if it’s worth it for you. Some people have differing views as you will see when you scroll, their opinions are also valid and they have had experiences different from my own. We have loved our time at Delmont. Management is kind, responsive, and the (many) snows this winter so far have been handled quickly and safely. The apartments are kept up beautifully and we have run into no issues with bugs or needing maintenance!
