I recently had a comprehensive claim after I hit a deer. Our insurance carrier required a supplemental after the initial claim. Melanie and the Delmonico team really went above and beyond to help us get in touch with the adjuster and definitely made the process so much easier. We have been with Delmonico for over 15 years now and this is just one more example of theor impeccable customer service.
Wanted a "specialty dwelling" insurance policy like they advertised. Was told they would not do it unless we switched our Auto and other home over to their insurance company. Don't advertise something if you are not willing or able to provide.
