I moved from Baltimore metro area to Millville DE back in July 2018. Having several issues with my current water conditioner, I contacted Delmarva Water Solutions. The Manager sent John out to service it on 08/13/18. John did not suggest having the unit replaced, and performed maintenance free of charge. Then on 01/27/20 had problems with water in holding tank. I had two other estimates from plumbing contractors with conflicting information on the size of the system needed at my home. Both of their quotes were for larger dual tank systems and in reality DWS came out and installed a single tank unit a couple weeks ago that not only saved me almost $2000. and is working well and recharging every couple days like clockwork.
