Their service department sucks! We have been trying to get our camper fixed for 3 years for a leak that they supposedly couldn’t find. It has ruined one of our recliners and the table that is mounted to the floor has now come loose so it is laying on its side. Now the parts manager is trying to say there was blood all over the inside so that’s why they didn’t do anything. Which is definitely a lie that he was called out on. We made every attempt to help and address the perceived leak, and performed numerous services gratis as a result of your relationship with the dealership. Given the fact the coach is five years old, and well outside of the 1 year manufacturers warranty, the manufacturer would not even consider entertaining a warranty claim. I would not recommend Delmarva RV due to their lack of communications and delayed response of their service department. I took my camper in for an awning repair back in August 2019. It was not fixed and available for pickup until December 2019. It should not take that long to put a new awning on a travel trailer. Each time I would call for an update I would be asked if I had any camping trips scheduled. I would also get the “our service department is really backed up at the moment”. Tried to buy a used rv from here but they acted like my $5500 wasn't worth their time so I found another place to spend my money!
RecommendedFrom the first phone call and the pleasant receptionist Sharon, to Erik and Tony when we stopped by today, I can't say enough good things about my experience. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Straight forward, honest and fair.

Work on trading my 2015 for 2019
We have bought a couple rv's from Delmarva. Our last purchase was not exactly satisfactory (RV company) but after working with us for a few months they helped get us into a unit that is beautiful and hopefully we will have much better luck with this unit. The Milford management Rob and service manager Jim really stepped up to make sure were happy in the end. Also, Thank you to Roadie, Tony and Shawn at the Smyrna office.
