Their service department sucks! We have been trying to get our camper fixed for 3 years for a leak that they supposedly couldn’t find. It has ruined one of our recliners and the table that is mounted to the floor has now come loose so it is laying on its side. Now the parts manager is trying to say there was blood all over the inside so that’s why they didn’t do anything. Which is definitely a lie that he was called out on. Mrs. Crew, this is not a fair assessment in any way, shape, or form. We made every attempt to help and address the perceived leak, and performed numerous services gratis as a result of your relationship with the dealership. Given the fact the coach is five years old, and well outside of the 1 year manufacturers warranty, the manufacturer would not even consider entertaining a warranty claim. I would not recommend Delmarva RV due to their lack of communications and delayed response of their service department. I took my camper in for an awning repair back in August 2019. It was not fixed and available for pickup until December 2019. It should not take that long to put a new awning on a travel trailer. Each time I would call for an update I would be asked if I had any camping trips scheduled. I would also get the “our service department is really backed up at the moment”. Tried to buy a used rv from here but they acted like my $5500 wasn't worth their time so I found another place to spend my money!
Very friendly staff. Ricky was informative and accommodating. There was zero pressure to buy. I recommend Delmarva RV in Seaford Deleware.
We bought our camper a few years ago and had troubles ever since we took it off the lot, I it took it back several times and it was never really taken care of nor was my concerns taken seriously. I began to take our camper somewhere else and some of my original concerns were fixed, my major ones are still present! I promise you that they will make you happy until sign the paperwork and take your camper off the lot after that you are on you own and if you have problems the will not fix it!
We would just like to give a shout out to Ricky for everything he did to help us purchase our new camper! Can't forget about Jody neither. He was a huge help showing us all the features that our new camper had to offer and helping us get hooked up and ready roll. Thanks again guys, we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
I can't imagine anyone having anything bad to say about Delmarva RV! They help from start to finish and answer any and all questions. Frank, Jody, and Chris were all a pleasure to work with. Cannot say enough good things about them.
