bought a camper 2 yrs ago. multiple repairs and the last repair took 11 months. things were stolen from the camper. lost paperwork. no communication horrible
Just don't do it. I have had problem after problem with this dealership. It's seriously too much to type. I will never return and I urge you to avoid doing business with them.
Bought a new camper in january salesmen was good but as soon as you sign the papers thats the end of your existance to them we were missing parts on the interior and our led awning lights werent working took a month to get some of the parts and we had to actually call them to find out the parts were there 0 contact from them. asked about other parts thats were missing and all they could say was well i didnt know about that so good place to buy but dont expect anything else after the papers are signed
Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Even with the Milford management involved, it didn’t get resolved. And the warranty they sold me was worthless.
Just in for a roof check, had appointment scheduled within a week, Jim Hollister, the Service Manager, was friendly, answered my questions professionally, and I was in and out of there within the hour. I know Delmarva RV is working to improve their reputation, and I think they're on the right track. Larry Sullivan
We had bought a brand new Forest River travel trailer at the Seaford location. It had issues with it & we had to bring it to Milford. After seven (7) weeks, we finally got our camper back. They said it was the manufacturer, but we contacted them & they said parts were shipped out within 7-10 days. I would not dealer with any Delmarva RV dealer or buy another camper by Forest River
