DelMarva did the roof on our new construction almost 3 years ago. Since then we have had 3 leaks. DelMarva does not reply to emails or answer their phones. I do not recommend them.
The quality of work and knowledge of work was great. However it comes with an expensive price tag. My senior citizen mother needed her roof redone on her home. But $70.00 a sheet for OSB plywood is excessive. Nothing like taking advantage of the senior citizens of Sussex County ! Just beware !
