Disgustingly negligent establishment, after four ER visits from severe nerve pain my partner is currently rocking back and forth on the floor sobbing because they won't address her pain, and this is after they so badly botched a prescription appeal to our insurance that she was unable to get it for a month. Do not sign a contract with this office, you will not get any help help. A narcotics dealer would be a more responsible care provider.

Have called over 10 times to get an earlier appointment from the office manager anne herself, still have not received a call back. Left 2 messages with the second office manager kathy. Still no response for a follow up appointment. No one will call me back. This is the worst office I have ever been too and the worst experience. I am under the understanding that we only have 2 pain clinics on the shore or in my area so I don't know what to do. This place sucks

The first appointment I was given was rescheduled might as well say cancelled and just try to call on the phone to reach a human, any selection you key into the phone goes to no where you might get to speak to anyone. Is this some kind of joke or what? These so called professionals have a great PR. If your dead.

This was a great place until they joined forces with PRMC...can't get a live person on the phone, billing is not done correctly, difficult to get appointments, inconvenient for my husband to pick up prescriptions when he is in pain yet they won't let me pick them up, inconvenient location......VERY DISSATISFIED with what this practice has become!!
