Please be careful in getting this management group. They are very dishonest and hard to deal with. I have lots of bad experience with this company and the people here starts with Tom Rohrer who is a very dishonest person. Make sure when you deal with him its always on email or not just on phone. From September 2019 to July 2022, they only make one inspection on the property. He said its Covid, Covid lockdown is only around April 2020 to end summer of 2020.
