We used Delmarva Management Group from 2021 to 2025 to manage our rental property, and I cannot recommend strongly enough that you look elsewhere. Our decision to go with them was initially based on their low fees but those fees quickly increased, and any value we expected to receive vanished almost immediately. Recordkeeping is a disaster. Please be careful in getting this management group. They are very dishonest and hard to deal with. I have lots of bad experience with this company and the people here starts with Tom Rohrer who is a very dishonest person. Make sure when you deal with him its always on email or not just on phone. From September 2019 to July 2022, they only make one inspection on the property. He said its Covid, Covid lockdown is only around April 2020 to end summer of 2020.
