Called Thursday at 3pm to schedule , came out to my workplace by 11 the next morning to replace front windshield. Seemed competent and professional. No hesitation in five star review or recommending them to friends and family.

Had to get a new back window and this place gave me the best price quote and time quote. They were fast and did an awesome job! Very happy with new window!
They did a fantastic job replacing the headliner in my husbands Volkswagen!
Went today to replace windshield. Job was completed, but we did not appreciate being forgotten as we waited in the waiting area for 3 hours. Please remember to keep customers moving along. We were surprised and disappointed in the discourteous treatment.
Wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating. I have never been treated so disrespectful by one of their employees named Charles!!!! He was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, & 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will never return to this business again nor will I EVER recommend this place of business to any our of family, friends, business associates or to OUR CUSTOMERS!! How sad that an employee like this still has a job! Exotic Sound you have both our personal & business needs from this day forward!
