I would not recommend moving here. They are old units and there maintenance program I has nothing but incompetent people working. This is not a good combination when having older units. They don’t care, lazy and frankly incompetent in what they are doing.
Been here for abt 2 months and have no complaints! Peaceful, clean neighborhood AND pet friendly, the main reason we were drawn to this place. Any maintenance problem fixed within a day.
This establishment offers a serene and tranquil retreat. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. Requests for maintenance are promptly addressed and attended to.
Delmar is a quite place to live. Any concerns are quickly handled. I really like the staff and the overall community.
Only rent from this place if you want to experience terrible, uncooperative management from Related that will not only NOT work with you to terminate your lease contract when you have a life event and provide them ample notice, but also do the minimum to take care of the property well. Painting it a new color doesn't change the fact that a lot of roofing needs to be repaired a much more.
