Terrible, dont rent a unit. They more than doubled my unit price and gave a day or two notice before the next month. Upon receiving the email I requested to move out. They immediately locked my unit and forced me to pay $130 just to access my things. Huge scam.
Very professional organization.
I had a unit from the previous owners. With it 3 months of the business being bought I was told that they were upping the prices to "market." My unit went from 95 to 165. I found out later that the 10 for insurance was added on with out me knowing, which is fine since the security there is nothing. The previous owners had charged a good deal of previous customers after they were gone, if you had an auto pay. So I went to my bank and fought it. I recommend this place of business for anyone that is in need of a storage. The new owners are very friendly and professional.
I definitely would recommend partners self storage. I had them for a few months now and they have been amazing. I hate texting so I always call and Mr. Joey is always quick to call me back and answer any questions I have. Very respectful and lets you know how important I and my belongings are.
