It is really sad you would auction off someone’s PAID UNIT!!
Terrible, dont rent a unit. They more than doubled my unit price and gave a day or two notice before the next month. Upon receiving the email I requested to move out. They immediately locked my unit and forced me to pay $130 just to access my things. Huge scam.

I had a unit from the previous owners. With it 3 months of the business being bought I was told that they were upping the prices to "market." My unit went from 95 to 165. I found out later that the 10 for insurance was added on with out me knowing, which is fine since the security there is nothing. The previous owners had charged a good deal of previous customers after they were gone, if you had an auto pay. So I went to my bank and fought it.
