The staff and Delmar hospital are lovely - highly professional but at the same time make you feel like a genuine friend. I get anxiety and the team were extremely kind, helpful, mixed with humour. A great combo to calm me and distract the nerves. Thank you, the whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. I left feeling like a real person who was valued and cared for.
This is a Very Amateur Private Hospital. Some of the nursing staff ought to find a new career with one way past prime nursing manners. The entire lower floor has a pungent mouldy damp smell. Physiotherapy requires further training having left the gym requiring an ultrasound identifying a torn rotor cuff. Beware protect yourself and decline if you have pain as the obsessive fellow in charge does not listen talking over you maintaining his single minded focus. Very Amateur private hospital. Some of the nursing staff ought to find a new career. Physiotherapy requires further training having left the gym with further injury. Near impossible to rate the food beyond a primary school child’s lunch box. As a result I chose a different facility to complete my rehabilitation. Was very happy to leave this hospital
I recently had overnight surgery and want to sincerely thank the incredible staff for their care and support. My fiancée had a surgery done there few months ago and she was on drip and the nurses have gave too much drip with too much medication and it made her feel so sick that she almost passed out and she still suffers lot of stress from that experience til this day where she can’t sleep sometimes. All the medication that nurses keep pumping into her arms made her head and heart throbbing like as if she was being hit by these big waves.
