I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Delmar Plumbing. They were initially assigned through my American Home Shield home warranty to replace my basement ejection pump. The plumber installed a pump that was not similar to my original pump and required additional construction, which resulted in additional out-of-pocket expenses for me because the warranty did not cover the extra work. They scheduled a service call through my home warranty company and didn’t show up. I took that day off work and my time was wasted. They rescheduled and didn’t show up the second time. I do not recommend them as this was very unprofessional.
Contracted by our home warranty company. Unfortunately had to cancel the day before our scheduled appointment, but rescheduled for the next day. Kept me informed of his ETA. Easily fixed our leaking water heater when another company came twice and were unable to properly diagnose the problem and kept putting on bandaids. Delmar was efficient and professional.
