Delmar Plumbing was a contractor for the warranty company. They showrd up the day they were supposed to buy things went downhill from there. He informed me he would get back to me later in the day to let me know next steps. I didn't hear from him until the next day after I'd spoken with the home warranty company. Although I got no answer when calling and texting, he did answer for the warranty company and informed them he'd be sending in the documentation to get things moving. I used the company a couple times and they were quick to response with excellent service , so, I needed some plumbing work and called , but never got a call back. My son had the same experience.... don't know the status of the company .
Thought I was going to have to buy a new toilet. But they fixed it and removed rusted bolts!
