I can’t say enough good things about living at Delmar Place! This building has a genuine community feel, making it easy to connect with my neighbors and create lasting friendships. The amenities at Delmar Place truly elevate the living experience. The laundry room and garbage chute make daily chores a lot easier, and the secure environment gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming living experience!
moved in around april/may and it's great! Landlord really stays on top of everything and anything that's needs maintenance/rapairs without us tenants having to bring it up to his attention. Renovations are also nice!!
I give this place a 5 star because the new management is really on top of this apartment complex. They are understanding, helpful, and fix whatever maintenance needs to be done fast. They are nothing like the old management from before. I recommend this place to everybody. Check it out you won't be disappointed.
They are the worst at answering maintenance requests. Definitely don't recommend environment for children!!
