I apologize if the Freeport location has nothing to do with this, but I don't think I've ever had a worse experience clearing a shipment thru Customs. Myself and Fedex have been hounding them for an update on a shipment clearance. We've had radio silence for days and now the shipment is about to be returned back to us. Just a really fun experience. No communication, brutal level of service.
