I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was misled about the condition of the apartment before signing and paying. When I viewed the unit, it was infested with roaches, which was not properly disclosed to me beforehand. I immediately expressed my concerns and requested to be transferred to a different unit, but my concerns were dismissed. Have been here for 9 years, when I moved on rent was $425, making the conditions of the Apartments acceptable because you knew what you were getting for that price, the rent is now $680 and over the years things have not improved for the new rent cost or have we gotten any amenities for the price increase, hell we can't even get working parking lot lights. When i moved in here they told me they would spray for bugs monthly. They havent for 3 months. They also have done literally 4 "quartly" inspections so far where they just come into my apartment and look around and take NOTES. It feels insanely weird. Never had a place do this before. Asked them this "quartly" about bug people visiting our apartment. I was told they would bring some bug powder by later in the day. They never did.
