Have been here for 9 years, when I moved on rent was $425, making the conditions of the Apartments acceptable because you knew what you were getting for that price, the rent is now $680 and over the years things have not improved for the new rent cost or have we gotten any amenities for the price increase, hell we can't even get working parking lot lights. When i moved in here they told me they would spray for bugs monthly. They havent for 3 months. They also have done literally 4 "quartly" inspections so far where they just come into my apartment and look around and take NOTES. It feels insanely weird. Never had a place do this before. Asked them this "quartly" about bug people visiting our apartment. I was told they would bring some bug powder by later in the day. They never did. Disgusting apartments
Update: I walk past this apartment almost daily, and it STILL looks like a junkyard. I have been living here for a long time. These apartments are not beautiful. Outside is NEVER clean. It doesn't help that the residents are constantly littering on both the ground and in the bushes. For several years, I have been picking up trash around this apartment complex. Now that some residents know that, they deliberately leave trash on the ground because they don't like me. One side of the apartments looks abandoned. Like management ... read more
I wish they would put a notice when they are gonna do fumigation or inspections. It's been several times that I get home and I have a paper on the counter say that they same inside but they didn't even let me know before hand. One time they said they were gonna do roof work from certain time to time but started it a week later, or one time they left a note about 24 hour notice maintenance inspection but the guy came a week later.
