Update: I walk past this apartment almost daily, and it STILL looks like a junkyard. I have been living here for a long time. These apartments are not beautiful. Outside is NEVER clean. It doesn't help that the residents are constantly littering on both the ground and in the bushes. For several years, I have been picking up trash around this apartment complex. Now that some residents know that, they deliberately leave trash on the ground because they don't like me. One side of the apartments looks abandoned. Like management ... read more
I wish they would put a notice when they are gonna do fumigation or inspections. It's been several times that I get home and I have a paper on the counter say that they same inside but they didn't even let me know before hand. One time they said they were gonna do roof work from certain time to time but started it a week later, or one time they left a note about 24 hour notice maintenance inspection but the guy came a week later.
infested with roaches and maggots. had to throw over $300 in appliances & kitchenware away due to this issue. not to mention as a young woman living alone, i did not feel safe living here. one morning i had maintenance banging on my bedroom door, on my bedroom window, and eventually unlocked my front door while i was in the shower. luckily i had the chain on the door, but that didn’t stop the maintenance man from screaming at the top of his lungs multiple times to let him in. also pretty sure my cat now has mites from this a... read more

A list of reasons you shouldn't live here. 1. Glass and trash is everywhere for people to step on or kids to play with. (they did eventually fix the parking lot fixing this issue but still.. why wait so long) 2. they have a high turnover rate that the manager at the turtle creek apartments admitted to me. 3. Constant drug and alcohol on one side of one apartment across from me, plastic shot glasses in the parking lot on their side and w**d cartridges in the parking lot/swisher packets on their side. 4.
