I had a wonderful experience living at Dellwood Apartment. The location is located right in the heart of campus and you don't have to walk long distances to class. The landlord lady is very helpful.
The apartment is great, and if you are nice, and pay your rent on time Margie is a great landlady. I don't know who posted fake reviews or was dumb enough to do them all in the same day but Margie is good. She can be a little chatty, but I've lived here for two years and have never had an unfriendly conversation with her. She gets things fixed quickly after you report a problem and she keeps the grounds clean. I lived in Brookside apartments for one year, and thank God it was only one year! I have no complaint oof the apartment its self, only that they are very old and have not been updated in quite some time. The reason why I have give Brookside only a two stars if for the simple fact that the Landlord is one from HELL! Her name is Margie. She is a landlord who has no idea how to be a business woman. I also agree that this place sucked! Everything in the apartment constantly broke, the utilities were too expensive and Margie was the worst land lady I have ever had to deal with out of the 12 years Ive been renting. As the other person said, at first, Margie appeared to be a nice old lady but she is very mouthy and unprofessional! She picked a few fights with me and treated me like a child. Once you sign your lease at dellwood you will soon Realize a thin layer of paint is all you really pay for. Within two days your windows will rattle. Your plumbing will leak. Your doors will not close properly your carpet smells of the people before you.
