I’ve had four experiences with Dells, 2 oil changes and two repairs. The first oil change went fine. The second one they had dropped my oil filter in the pan of the underneath of my car and had to clean it, I had to bring it back the following day because it was not cleaned properly and the smell in my garage was overwhelming of oil and also driving the vehicle. The people at Dell's Service Center are nice and efficient. They performed the service, let me know when it was done and it was done at the time they promised. Doesn't get any better than that!
Excellent, complete, professional jobs. Fair pricing. Came in under estimate for 1 job! Knowledgeable. Very pleasant staff. They are my new mechanics for my older Land Rovers. Recommended to everyone.
