Horrible service. We sat ourselves down at a dirty table (only dirty ones were available) in hopes someone would clean it off and take our order. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone, meanwhile several waitresses passed us by to head out to smoke. Other customers informed us that we needed to flag an employee down if we wanted service at all. We got sick of waiting and went to Monks instead where the service and food were phenomenal.

Beautiful atmosphere, yummy flight to try everything they distill. Highly recommend! Go check out the little patio on the second floor, great for people watching downtown!
My husband, 2 daughters and I, ate dinner here every night on our vacation, roughly a month ago! The staff is just so friendly! Food is delicious! Oh, and I showed my fb screenshot, to get 15% off. � That was a random, nice thing from Dells Distillery! We'll be back in the Dells next week Saturday, and guess where we'll be eating dinner every night? ;) HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Interesting menu. Service was not really good. Had to ask multiple times for several items even as it was not busy. Maybe merely our waitress.
Cheese Curds and Burgers were great. Service was also great.
First time there, last time there. Our server was very attentive and prompt however, the food sucked. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our order, two sandwiches and one tater tot mixture, and we're not talking about a busy time. We were served cold food. So cold that you could pick up the cheese on the cheeseburger and set aside. When we sent the tot mixture back we watched the cook put her finger in the middle of it to test it to make sure it was cold!!??!! Place might be better if they had a kitchen and real cooks.
