Baconfest was a total flop!! The over advertised and couldn't accommodate the number of people with vendors. Lines were over an hour long wait for food and once you got to the front of the line we were told they were out of food. My husband had to walk to multiple stands for water because they were out and we went on Saturday (Day 1). So disappointed for the amount of money we spent. Plus no indication on where and when we could see Guy Fieri. Not sure if I'll go back because it was chaotic and parking was ridiculous.
This is such a waste of time and money! Paid $50 for 2 adults and another $50 on MANDATORY food/beverage tickets! Waited 2 hours to get literally a slice of bacon and one jalapeño pepper. And then waited another hour and a half just to exit the parking lot! If you like to pay to wait this is the venue for you. I will definitely not be returning if this is event is going to be this unorganized in the future.
Just got home from the Baconfest. I think I was there for about 30 minutes. If you are going to charge $25.00 to get in, I would think the planning and execution would be much more sustainable. Long lines for tickets, beer and bathrooms. It was ridiculous and could not find a reason to stay.
The Bacon Fest on the 18th was awesome!! A few hiccups, but it's the first time here!! First, Get there early. Traffic is already a beast going the valley way. Next, Make sure you bring Sunblock, sunhat, and tennis shoes!! No open toe!! Dust is KILLER on a fresh pedicure! lol Next, Park in "G" lot or further...H<I<J....you went to kindergarten! lol That way when it's over you can leave via the back exit no one knows about because a line of 30+ cars are waiting to get out at the from the front exit! Next, have patience my fri... read more
I live an hour away, went first thing in the morning, did the timber treck and then the maze! Me & kids got lost, figured we were going in circles and laughed! We were so happy to get out! We walked around and looked at pumkins, climbed the hay pile even though it was for little ones. We ended the night eating a funnel cake tailgate style. I was on a budget but they have lots of picnic tables & grass areas. During the week is less crowed, during a different visit my son & friend got to play in the parking lot! Ice rink visit... read more
Very nice place to bring the family in October and December
I love going here! It's great to have a local farm to visit that is so close to home and has several family activities!! Halloween, Christmas, and various other special events and activities, thank you Dellosso family!!
My family goes every year. It's become a tradition. Yes it gets crowded which just means ... It's that great. We usually go on a weekday to a void some of the crowds. Everyone there is great.
