De La Russo just told us by email that because LASIK consultation is free, they are not required to be compliant with ADA laws. My daughter is deaf and needs LASIK. She emailed asking for an appointment and requesting an interpreter ( equal rights for communication); the response was that they don’t provide interpreters. It is a shame how offices in the health line are so inconsiderate of those with communication disabilities.
Let me start off by saying I'm so disgusted with Dello Russo Laser. My ex-husband had surgery with the father, Joseph Dello Russo and was satisfied. Fast forward 20 years later, THIS PLACE HAS BECOME AN ASSEMBLY LINE!!!!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY AND THEY LIED TO MY SON TO DO IT!!! The staff at Dello Russo has been great before, during and after my surgery. Had Lasik in October and could see a great deal better as soon as I stood up from the procedure. Michael Torres answered all my questions before and after the procedure via text message even if I asked after his office hours. Can't believe how good my vision is (20/15).
