I recently bought a 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE from Dellenbach Motors in Fort Collins, CO. I was treated very fairly, both with my trade-in value and the price of the car I bought. Bought a used Dodge Dakota from Fort Collins Dellenbach. Within days the engine light came on with a transmission fault. According to mechanic this issue was not new/ recent. So either Dellenbach knowingly sold me a car needing a $4000 repair, or their mechanics go over these cars blindfolded before selling. Beware.....
I recently called your service department about the recall for faulty ignition switches on 2004 Chevrolet Impala. I was told to bring the keys in so the keyhole could be filled with plastic. However, when I research the internet it appears that the switch itself is being replaced. Why is there a discrepancy between the internet recall and what your service department is telling me? We just had the BEST car buying experience ever. Cathy Michaels at Dellenbach was amazing. I spent a week trying to find just the right car to meet our needs and our strict budget. Stopped by with a dead battery without an appointment late in the day. They immediately got me in, verified it was just the battery and replaced it while I waited. Super service!
