Bought a used Dodge Dakota from Fort Collins Dellenbach. Within days the engine light came on with a transmission fault. According to mechanic this issue was not new/ recent. So either Dellenbach knowingly sold me a car needing a $4000 repair, or their mechanics go over these cars blindfolded before selling. Beware.....
I recently called your service department about the recall for faulty ignition switches on 2004 Chevrolet Impala. I was told to bring the keys in so the keyhole could be filled with plastic. However, when I research the internet it appears that the switch itself is being replaced. Why is there a discrepancy between the internet recall and what your service department is telling me?
