I recently bought a 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE from Dellenbach Motors in Fort Collins, CO. I was treated very fairly, both with my trade-in value and the price of the car I bought. Chuck Hamdan was very patient with me, as I was trading in a 2014 Toyota Camry and changing to a 2022 Toyota Rav4XLE. The technology had changed immensely in 8 years. Bought a used Dodge Dakota from Fort Collins Dellenbach. Within days the engine light came on with a transmission fault. According to mechanic this issue was not new/ recent. So either Dellenbach knowingly sold me a car needing a $4000 repair, or their mechanics go over these cars blindfolded before selling. Beware.....

I recently called your service department about the recall for faulty ignition switches on 2004 Chevrolet Impala. I was told to bring the keys in so the keyhole could be filled with plastic. However, when I research the internet it appears that the switch itself is being replaced. Why is there a discrepancy between the internet recall and what your service department is telling me?
