Nick, Wendy, and John were all great in the buying experience. Little to no pressure which is rare from a dealer. We will continue to support this location.
I have tried to be positive about this dealership because I mistakenly bought a brand new car there and I felt stuck . I have had very inconvenient service and warranty work at highly inflated prices. Today was the final straw , I had scheduled an apt to have the fan checked on my AC. Right away at check-in I was told that I might need to leave it until next week. I live very far away and they do not provide any option for transport over 10 miles . Why did I make an apt ? I brought my car here for warranty work. Overall great customer service, communication, and efficiency.
I took our new (to us) 2020 Chevy in for a software update today. We did not buy the vehicle from Dellenbach, but I was still treated like a valued customer. They provided a Lyft ride home and then another one back to the dealership when the work was completed. Hats off to Bryan for the great service and communication.
