I recently got a vehicle at a different dealership, but unfortunately the car the vehicle did not work out. I came to Dellanbach and felt hopeful about getting a vehicle here. My sales rep. Ben was great in helping me finance an amazing vehicle. He was very organized and thorough with the process. Best of all, I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. I have tried to be positive about this dealership because I mistakenly bought a brand new car there and I felt stuck . I have had very inconvenient service and warranty work at highly inflated prices. Today was the final straw , I had scheduled an apt to have the fan checked on my AC. Right away at check-in I was told that I might need to leave it until next week. I live very far away and they do not provide any option for transport over 10 miles . Why did I make an apt ?
