I purchased my Cadillac back in 2020 from Dellenbach. I have not had any real problems with my car until this year. However, when my right turn signal and a/c started to give me trouble, my wonderful service manager, Chris, made the entire process worry free and as quick as possible. I drive all the way from Longmont just because of his excellent customer service. You won’t regret ever going to Dellenbach Cadillac! Thanks Chris for always going the extra mile with service and a smile as well. 😊
I had a great experience with the service dept at Dellenbach. Able, the service technician, had a SD card ordered and delivered for my Escalade. In addition, the car was recalibrated and everything is great 👍🏼. So thank you to everyone 🍍🍍🍍
I’ve brought my Cadillac Escalade three different times to this location and every time I’ve had bad issues. One occasion they did not tighten the oil cap so after I got home, I had a huge pool of oil on my driveway. I also requested to have my tires rotated and later on I found out they didn’t do it. The last time, they left the brake fluid cap lying down in the skid plate. I simply do not recommend them. Their excuse for every mistake was that the main mechanic was in training or out of the shop.
