I wish I wasn't writing this review. When we bought our Cadillac ATS 4yrs ago, it was one of the best buying experiences we've ever had even since then. But the service experience(s) we've had since then, make us even regret leaving the "Dellenbach" badge on our car. The warranty is finally up and we no longer are forced to come back after this last service(hopefully) gets done. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Chris, the service advisor who assisted us, was incredibly unprofessional. While speaking to my husband on the phone, he rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed with the conversation. At one point, he slammed my phone down on the counter and abruptly said he was “done talking.” This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers who trust you with their vehicles. The service department couldn't be more honest, efficient and affordable! Top notch customer service (Stewart is amazing)!.. they were able to get us in three weeks sooner then the surrounding Cadillac dealerships... and even had the repairs completed a day before it was scheduled 😊

I had a great experience dealing with Dellenbach buying my new Cadillac. They are a family owned business with great morals. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Shout out to Jim Staffa! He was very experienced and easy to work with. No pressure to buy and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend coming to Dellenbach.
