This is the 2nd bad experience at this place and they've earned this review. I purchased a new side mirror for an '05 Cadillac Deville hearse. The cost for the mirror was $432 and another $200 to paint it. I assumed when I agreed to purchase the mirror and have it painted that it would all be in new condition. When I received the mirror there were scratches in the glass (the paint looked alright, a few imperfections which I would of happily overlooked.) My in-laws just purchased a cadillac here. These people have been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this family owned dealership.
I wish I wasn't writing this review. When we bought our Cadillac ATS 4yrs ago, it was one of the best buying experiences we've ever had even since then. But the service experience(s) we've had since then, make us even regret leaving the "Dellenbach" badge on our car. The warranty is finally up and we no longer are forced to come back after this last service(hopefully) gets done. We are now on week 6 of playing phone tag, bringing the car in, and even taking it home with no service completed. Won't purchase from here again as... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Chris, the service advisor who assisted us, was incredibly unprofessional. While speaking to my husband on the phone, he rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed with the conversation. At one point, he slammed my phone down on the counter and abruptly said he was “done talking.” This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers who trust you with their vehicles.
