I agree, they’re clueless. They’re in bed with our HOA, which is also clueless. Both believe that our HOA meetings, with Dan present, and less than a dozen homeowners attending, is sufficient enough to inform the other 130 homeowners of what’s important. Thankfully HB1203 is making HOAs more transparent to owners. I’ll question everything, especially the 6 addresses that had damage repairs, and the same exact pictures are attached and labeled to each individual unit. 🤔
If it were possible to give this company a 0 rating, that is exactly what I would do. Absolutely no communication with their tenants. When Dan or his staff screw up, neither Dan or his staff take responsibility. CRICKETS. They get a 0 for their professionalism 0 for communication 0 as a property manager.
