Working with Mandy was a breeze, but when she stepped down and was replaced by Liz things went downhill very quickly. Communication dropped to almost zero, and it took months to get even simple repairs done for my property. I also recieved some outrageous repair quotes. The owner is amazing so I really wanted to stick with them, but after over a year of constant headache with his new property manager we moved on to a different management company.
RecommendedHad a good experience with the group, but only rented my home on south side of Lexington for a year. They communicated quickly and efficiently with me regarding the lease.
I was interested in renting a home until I started interacting with the team. They admitted I was overcharged for a background check, and I am still waiting for that reimbursement. There were two versions of the lease that had the wrong address and leasing dates on them, among other things; I mentioned this twice, but Mandy seemed distracted and resent the document a third time with the same (incorrect) information. Mandy is incredible! She really works with you and does everything in her power to make your life easy and will go out of her way to do anything to help!
