My first experience having a tooth pulled was decent but not the second experience. The front desk is not very competent at their job. I was told when calling to confirm my appointment that I was getting a deep cleaning although my notes indicate a filling. In any event, when I arrived for the appointment, I was told it is not a deep cleaning but instead two fillings, consistent with my notes. I can't fully express how thankful I am for Dr. Abel. He did my wisdom tooth removal and the process was more stressful than I thought, but only because I didn't respond well to the novocaine. Dr. Abel quickly noticed when I was in pain and promptly responded by giving me a break, helping me ground myself, and providing more novocaine if needed.
