I had an appointment (first one) with Jenn for foil, cut and style. I got a call which I didn’t answer because it was an out of area area code. I should have answered it ecause it was a message that Kenn had a sick child and would not be in. I went to the salon where they were very apologetic! They called a stylist feoml

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent haircut. I requested a simple trim, but instead, I ended up with an uneven, over-cut style that's completely changed the look and feel of my hair. I asked for an inch off, but over two inches were taken, resulting in awkward clumps and disproportionate weight. To make matters worse, the stylist didn't check for evenness, which should be basic practice.
