Horrible service, cannot ever recommend this salon to anybody in good faith. I was violated by a stylist here who removed 4 inches of my hair when I repeatedly asked her to only take off one inch. Go to Dellaria Salon in Coolidge Corner Brookline if you want a complete botch job for $100.
Please don't go. I went in for a root touch-up and they stained my neck and ears. The work was done by an assistant who was not listed among the bookable providers -- I had chosen a specific stylist with the service I requested , and without any explanation, they switched me to someone else. Several stylists came over and commented on my neck amongst themselves without fully explaining what was happening, and I only figured it out once I got home.
