Visited this Dellaria for a balayage on July 16, which I received. However during the processing, my old grown out brunette dye was turned orange/red in some places in my hair. I understand this happens, and is no one's fault. I called them on July 28 to schedule an appointment to fix it, and I was told the soonest appt for my stylist was August 1st. They did not mention over the phone that there is a policy where if it's two weeks after your original appt, you have to pay. I arrived on August 1st, received a toner to fix th... read more
I have been going to Charbel for 4 years now and I cannot recommend him enough. He puts his heart and soul into what he does and creates pure magic, every single time. I have gotten multiple haicuts, styling, colors and he even fixed my hair back when someone else ruined it. If you go to Dellaria, ask for Charbel. :)
