Dell'anima opened in 2007 and since then it has tried to find the most obscure recipes, rarely found outside of Italy. A Local walking his dogs recommended us dell’anima while walking around in Greenwich Village and asking him for a good Italian. He could not have nailed it better! My Pollo a la diavola was the absolute best chicken dish I have had! Amazing food and ambiance. ��
