when we started the renovation on our house and got slowed by Covid-19 Lolita and Jeremey where total helpful and understanding and patient, because we could not give them a date when the roof was done. but one phone call after we had the roof done Jeremey and his people, came and saved us , the did it before the heavy rain came and finished the shingles. What a great team ! Thank you Norbert & Andrea
