Some of the reviews are biased because the staff and the people leaving them are the same nationality, there’s a lot of diversity here and if you belong to a certain group you’ll be picked last for maintenance request and any other concerns if you currently live here document everything from you asking them for anything to maintenance repairs etc trust me it’ll pay off in the end because the way these people doing some of us is very inhumane I asked and sent them maintenance request and it’s almost been a year
I’ve been living here for a year now and so far so good. The staff are amazing especially Ms. Debra. Maintenance workers are nice. For Holidays they include activities for the kids that live here in the complex. I would recommend for this price it’s worth it.
