Complex used to be very peaceful there’s a couple that stay close to me across the road that’s always arguing and always have their pit bull pooping all over police was called on them just yesterday that’s about the 3rd-4th time those guys had to come out for this mess, I am not renewing my mom lease here it shouldn’t be multiple calls to one unit with no discipline people are terrified of this crap and tired.
I highly recommend Della Vita Apartments after living here at Della Vita for 2 years from 2024-2025. Safe, clean, family friendly & well kept. Never any issues. Management is on top of things, friendly and they quickly resolved any issues I had. Great location.
I’ve lived here for a while now and have had a great experience. The staff is amazing and always helpful!
The apartments are very nice, clean, and spacious, and the people who work there are great.
