I lived here for 3 years and had such a positive experience! The staff is great! Millie the office manager is amazing, always so helpful and treats you like family. The maintenance team was always nice, respectful, and would fix any issue promptly. We never had any problems and no one bothered us. I definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking in the Winter Haven area. The location is perfect also… there are multiple stores and restaurants right down the road making everything so convenient.
I’ve had such a positive experience living at this apartment complex!! The staff is great, always friendly and happy to help! Fabiola gives out great customer service!!!!
