REALLY GREAT SERVICE!! I was ferrying over to Vancouver and forgot my contacts. I called the office and Johnathan was able to get me contacts in my prescription for the same day! Then the ferry was delayed and he put them outside for me because I got there after close. It was super easy and he ended up giving me a free 15 day sample of contacts (most offices only give you 5 days 👎). I ❤ JOHNATHAN!!

We've been purchasing our glasses from Della Optique for years. Recently, when we needed a favour they accommodated with an outside of the box solution and didn't charge for it. This is how customer service should be executed: be kind, be as helpful as possible, challenge the conventional way of thinking, and whenever possible go the extra inch for the people you serve. It engenders trust and a positive experience which in turn ensures long term loyalty. Highly recommend.
