Excellent experience! Courteous, knowledgeable staff and Dr Chong was, as always, thorough in his testing during my eye exam, and clear and helpful with his analysis & recommendations. Dr Chong gave me a range options to think about and made sure I understood everything. Highly recommended.

5-Stars..!!! for Della Optique — Vancouver, Kitsilano Stopped in at Della Optique totally unplanned after one of the arms fell off my glasses on the way to the gym. What I expected to be a quick “sorry, can’t help” turned into the exact opposite. They took my glasses and the loose arm without hesitation, disappeared into the back, and within minutes returned them fully repaired, adjusted, tightened, with new nose pads installed—without even being asked. The staff was super kind and patient, took the time to answer all our questions and show us plenty of options. The service was great, and our sunnies were ready in just a week!
