We've been purchasing our glasses from Della Optique for years. Recently, when we needed a favour they accommodated with an outside of the box solution and didn't charge for it. This is how customer service should be executed: be kind, be as helpful as possible, challenge the conventional way of thinking, and whenever possible go the extra inch for the people you serve. It engenders trust and a positive experience which in turn ensures long term loyalty. Highly recommend.

These folks are the best. I stopped in with bent glasses, even though I wasn't a customer, and Moira kindly fixed them right away. Fantastic staff and service!
Excellent service, Dr Della fit me in quickly to address my eye concerns and I was treated in a very kind, caring and professional manner. She explained everything well and I felt taken care of and that I was in the best place possible to attend to my eye health. Thank you.
