I saw Dr Della after years of not seeing an optometrist. I thought she was very very thorough and answered questions I had about eye health with a lot of honesty and knowledge. The front staff were really friendly as well and helped me adjust my glasses. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
Dr Chow is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I go once a year for my eye checkup as it's important to take of our eyes and when I leave after having checkup I know I receive good service.
Della is always professional, personable, relatable, clear, comprehensive, and caring. You will like her, trust her, feel comfortable and confident with her, and know that she's got everything covered for you. And she's funny to boot. I don't know what else you can ask for. And if you look at my ratings, I'm harsh on businesses...lol 😂 p.s. forgot to mention staff are very gracious too, Mina welcomed me with choice of drink and made me feel comfortable immediately.
Dr.Della Chow was fabulous! I would highly recommend going to her. She was very thorough and accurate and explained everything very clearly.
