Just had my 33rd annual exam with Della. Still as thorough as ever. Good to catch up on family and how everyone is doing.
I have been seeing Dr. Chow for the past 18 years and am one lucky gal. She is always so professional, efficient, personable, and friendly. I trust her knowledge about what lenses I need and how best to care for my eyes. As for the rest of the staff at her clinic, they are super friendly and helpful. I found Della last year after floating from optometrist to optometrist. She is passionate and informed about her work, and spent the extra time to provide education about what’s going on with my eyes as I’ve had laser eye surgery in the past and am higher risk for some future visual complications. I highly recommend her and Dr. Chong to anyone.
This place is a neighbourhood gem. Professional team took my call, and allowed me come in on short notice for my issue. Dr. Chow was patient and professional.
