It’s so unfortunate that her front office is the way it is. If you can tolerate sarcastic and condescending staff, I recommend Dr. Mathew ten times over. She listens and is very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable being honest with her. Her front office staff unfortunately possesses none of these qualities. This clinic is absolutely terrible. My husband already left a bad review, and we were already thinking of just letting it go. They are incredibly unprofessional and lack any sense of ethics. We had our last visit three weeks ago and we requested for the referral to be sent to the OBGYN. When we ARRIVED today at the OBGYN, they said they didn’t refer any referral, causing me to waste several hours queuing for nothing. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. She explained everything and listened to me.
Dr. Mathew listens very well. The whole office staff is welcoming, nice and supportive. I recommend her to all my family and friends. Nurses there are top tier.
