They don't rinse off the cars before they put them through the car wash. They sent mine through and it came out with chips in the paint all over it. Clearly they sent through something really dirty with rocks in it and then sent mine through and they won't own up to the fact that they caused the damage.. these are not good people.

Had an awesome experience buying my car here! Ashley was super friendly and easy to work with—she really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit without any pressure. Erick, the manager, was great too—straightforward and made sure everything went smoothly. And Ron in finance made the paperwork part quick and painless (which is saying a lot!). The whole team was helpful, honest, and made the process way less stressful than I expected. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re car shopping!

I wasn't sure what to bring so I only braught a couple of things they may need. Well I pulled in and started talking to a woman about what was going on with my car. She stated that we need a certain paper that we need that u don't have so I said okay I gotta call my son to get the information. She proceeded to give attitude. Right off she didn't say hi how are u...or anything. Then was very rude. I've never been this disrespected by a company that's supposed to be there to help you.

My experience at Della Honda was superb! A key to success in life is communication and Della's team hit a home run in this department! My salesperson, Ashley, was great! She made sure the deal went smoothly. Between Ashley and Kurt (Or Ron... sorry I can't remember who I worked with) in the business department, everything went without a glitch. Even delivery was efficient! Throughout the whole process, I kept thinking 🤔, "something is going to go wrong". It never did! My family's last 3 car purchases all had title issues a... read more
