I stopped by to take a peek at a GMC Terrain. Kendra came right out and was helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the features of the vehicle. She was the first salesperson to greet me in the parking lot. And that is why I chose to purchase my Terrain from her.

This dealer not good customer service and will everything not well experience never and ever go again I paid cash $46k van they not even any discount and Mike as manager so rude and disrespectful he don’t know how talk the customer he say if you don’t want car get out here I said I am customer don’t talk to me like this I will try also complaint corporate for him he want this way not me I don’t recommend nobody find somewhere else dealer everything what I experience clearly ..!! This bad deal all over around no recommend this deal nobody think more they don’t even discount for cash deal also even Mike as manager so rude and so un respectful not happy at all never buy here..Too terrible experience!!!
