WORST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE! My tradein has a faulty starter and after confirming that I could tow it to the dealership and complete the deal, they changed their minds and offered me $100 for my $3000-4000 KBB valued vehicle. Salesman Don was completely unprofessional, yelled at me when confronted about the issue, and pointed in my face. Manager Van was insinuated that I lied when telling him what the salesman told me over the phone. Would never spend a dime in this sleazy establishment.
So I was gonna buy 2 trucks I left a deposit of a 1k dollars on the 2nd truck and I bought 1truck instead dually diesels, now mind u it was 2023 so I tell m keep the 1k for now I purchase a 2nd truck later,never heard from in 2024 I asked when the 25s where gonna be out? No response,they still got my 1k dollar deposit 2 years later,now I'm asking for it back since 11/14/2025? The owner keeps telling me checks in the mail? Oh the mail is slow! He's full you know what! BEWARE! DISHONEST DEALER!
