Well Della Here l am finally giving you my review. I bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. I never got a good deal from buying any vehicle from there. The last one l bought there was a used 2021 GMC Sierra Denali with a little over 12000 miles for $50,000 with the LM2 diesel engine. Sold me extended warranty with the truck. Which the warranty was absolutely garbage. In one year of driving l put 30,000 miles on the truck. It was burning oil. After one year of ownership. While driving, my brake warning lights came on. I immediately drove to the nearest dealer which was Della Buick GMC. Since I did not have an appointment, Della would not be able to service my car for several days. I did not live in the area, so they assisted me in getting an Enterprise rental car. If I lived in the area my next car would be from Della.Their customer service was A+ in every department.
I recently purchased a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus, and the entire experience was outstanding. Vinnie Maccharulo provided excellent customer service from start to finish, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
