DO NOT COME HERE. my baby was given 6 vaccines when I told the dr I only wanted him getting 1 at this visit. Her and the nurse completely went against my word and chose what they wanted to do. Do not trust them !!!!!! 0 STARS ALL THE WAY
I only give this place the rating I am because of Dr. Asha Mathews. She’s a wonderful pediatrician and I have been taking my three boys to her for five years. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and great at explaining how to take the best care of my children. I rarely see another physician, unless it is an emergency and she is gone for the day. Plus, all the staff members are the absolute best. Always greeted with a smile and the waiting room is always put together.
This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The wait was excessive and the Dr. West stated that she could not see my child because he had ADHD. I told her we were just there for allergies, and she said I don't do allergies. I stated that I needed a referral and you can do that. She went on to say that allergy testing is unnecessary. I informed her that I wanted to be educated in my child's needs. This doctor needs to listen to the parent and be willing to help children not reject due to disabilities.
Dr. West is amazing. She listened to my concerns. I do wish it was easier to get in touch with the office though
