It’s not what they say, but how they say it. This staff gives off some SERIOUSLY condescending vibes, all the way from the receptionist, the social worker, to the doctor herself. When I had my appointment with my significantly disabled daughter, the moment the doctor walked in the room, she looked at her sippy cup and said “What’s in it.” “Juice.” Then she went into a rant about how parents were giving their children too much sugar and how they should drink nothing but water. Today I didn’t have the best experience here. I usually do but today was not it. I had gotten there a little earlier than what my appointment was scheduled at. No issues appointment went smooth. It’s more so after. We had labs and were told 2 people were in front of us. And they would let the labs know. Now as the 2 people went a little time went by and I was like why hasn’t anyone called for labs. I went and checked and supposedly the person had went home for the day. Now I’m sitting here like huh. Such a great pediatrics office. The office is big, spacious, and clean. There's plenty of parking. I am a HUGE fan of Ms. TASKINA CHOWDHURY PNP. The service she provides is very helpful, and she's very down to earth. Service wait time is very quick. Front staff check-in is very polite and quick as well. I'm very grateful I found this office!
This hospital deserves a lawsuit for medical malpractice and horrible tunnel vision diagnostic errors. Terrible hospital with extremely disrespectful staff. Yes a patient can sue a doctor for a false diagnosis if the patient can prove medical malpractice. Medical malpractice occurs when a patient is harmed by a healthcare professional's substandard treatment or negligence.
