I want to thank everyone staff members nurses everyone that works here. They’re amazing. Thank you for caring for my daughter. I had a bad experience in San Marcos Hospital but with y’all as soon as I got there, y’all check my Daughter .even my eight-year-old told me mommy in this hospital they do care about me. All staff was very nice, professional and caring. ER was clean. Waiting time was minimal.
This was my first time at this location. My son was taken in an ambulance due to having a seizure, when we arrived there was no one in the nursing station and my son wasn’t attended until after 10 minutes of arrival. The EMT asked two nurses that passed by if anyone would be able to start treating him and he was told they would send someone. The WORST experience. My son just had surgery the day before and well he had a fever. Let’s just say I stayed for 5hours and my son was going thru hell. NEVER AGAIN. They couldn’t get the IV on my 1yr old. They poked him multiple times thinking the IV was in his hand and sure enough it wasn’t! When I picked him up he started bleeding out from his hand and his whole hand and leg was covered in blood. My hand and arm was covered in blood.
