I think when you have to ask/remind staff to wash their hands, use sanitizer and put gloves on when handling your 10 day old baby in the ER, that says enough of the care you’ll receive… not the greatest. Texas Children’s maybe a better option next time.
Dell Children's has been a favorite since I was a kiddo myself, and they have gone beyond for my child. They're so understanding of his disabilities and willing to help him where he is at, especially when we have an emergency. Thank you to all the wonderful doctors and nurses.
