We were seem quickly. The staff was polite and kind. My child had fever ongoing for 4 days, vomiting, runny nose etc. and the doctor didn’t want to test for flu, Covid or rsv stating there’s no magically medication if my choose did have it. That was quite odd to me considering if there’s symptoms, testing should be done regardless. I asked to flu testing and it was positive. If you go, advocate for yourself and kiddos otherwise you’ll go up there just to be told to do all the home remedies youre already doing.
They really care for their little patients. My boy was treated with love and respect. He was well taken care of.
Horrendous experience
One of the nurses techs was very rude. But besides that about overall performance was very good.
