They were AMAZING!!!! I was shocked at how wonderful they were with kids. Each person that was involved in her treatment came in and spent as much time as needed to build a relationship with her so she would be comfortable. The staff there is the best and I’m so grateful we went there! Everything went very smooth other than her waking up from anesthesia. The people who helped us at every level during our visit today were fantastic. Th office staff were patient and kind, Katie who conducted the MBSS was fantastic. She was so kind and so good at communicating the processes. My daughter and I were ready to ask if she wanted to be our BFF by the time we left. The imaging tech was was also very helpful. I give every one of them 5 stars. The phone system on the other hand is a nightmare to operate. I had such a hard time even making the appointment. Every time I call I had to go t... read more
