I wanted to give a shoutout to Clara the child life specialist. She is amazing!! I also wanted to give a shoutout to the nurse from the pic team (I am sorry I did not catch your name) for advocating for my baby instead of just sticking her 99 times. Everyone was so nice and tried to ensure her procedure happened smoothly!!
Went for a routine x-ray a while back. Two technicians plus one operating the computer was in the room. They had my son sit on a handmade box that was very unstable and he almost fell off of. In addition, they didn't seem like they knew how to work the machine and had to re-do the x-ray 3-4 times before they said they got the image and even then the image was blurry. The only good thing is that you can request and wait for a copy of the CD with the image before you leave however would not recommend due to how many times they... read more
